Reservations

The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Waiting time charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged booking confirmation.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Confirmation of Bookings shall be emailed to the email address provided by the client at time of Booking and the Company shall not accept any liability should the client fail to advise the Company of the incorrect information provided.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all details of the Booking are correct and that the Company is contacted within 24 hours of the client making a Booking, by return email only, to correct any errors or to advise the Company of any changes to the Booking that are required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot locate the driver and choose not to contact our office on +61 8743 2580 and instead take alternative transport, you will be liable for the transfer cost.

Cancellation Policy

Hallmark Hire Cars reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in an event the booking is cancelled. Cancellation fees will apply if the booking is cancelled on the following conditions:

Full fare is charged if the booking is cancelled within two (2) hours of the booked time.

For any fixtured sporting events and special events 48hrs notice is required or full fare applies.

For any 'As Directed' tours or bookings for 4 hours or more, 24hrs notice is required or full fare applies.

For 15+ passenger vehicle bookings, 48hrs notice is required or full fare applies.

For any international transfers, 48hrs notice is required or full fare applies.

Surcharges

50% surcharge applies between the hours of 23:30 and 5.30am.

50% surcharge applies during major events i.e. Grand Prix, Melbourne Cup Week.

50% surcharge applies on all National Holidays including: Christmas & Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Anzac Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
